Lick Observatory

On the last day of our visit with Brad we went to the Lick Observatory on top of Mount Hamilton. The Lick Observatory can be seen from Brad's appartment but getting to it takes some driving. The road to the top of Mount Hamilton is the same route used by horses to carry supplies to the top when the observatory was built. This road has many twists and turns with the top section of the road being only one lane. From the top of Mount Hamilton Brad was able to photograph the TrasAmerica building in San Francisco, 70 miles away.
