Big Basin Redwoods

Coastal RedwoodsWe started our second day with a trip (by car) to Starbucks and then west on Route 9 to Big Basin Redwoods State Park. Within 20 minutes of traveling from San Jose on Route 9 the landscape goes from one of the largest cities in the U.S. to a forest of Coastal Redwoods as far as you can see.
